He was waiting for us every day and it didn't matter what time of day we got there, he made sure that we were well taken care of. He checked in every day and also came around the pool looking for us to make sure we were enjoying our stay! He answered all my questions and took care of all my requests via whatsapp. We were delighted to meet himĪt the resort and he kept in touch during our stay to see if we needed anything! They deserve special recognition and praise:ġ) Luis Tellez Alcala - in customer service, responded to my many emails before our trip answering all my questions to the tiniest details and took care of all my pre-arrival requests. We have been to numerous all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean and UNICO is by far the best for top notch service and food!įirst I want to give SHOUT OUTS to the following people who went above and beyond to make our stay extra special. This was our first trip to UNICO and we were extremely happy with the resort.
